Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $3,600,000

The IFB does not disclose a firm contract value; however, the contractor will be paid per‑gallon transported. Assuming a typical industry rate of $0.08‑$0.12 per gallon for leachate transport, the maximum daily revenue (90,000 gal) would be $7,200‑$10,800. If the contractor operates at an average of 60 % of maximum capacity over a full three‑year term (≈ 1,095 days), annual revenue would range roughly $500,000‑$1,200,000, yielding a total contract value between $1.5 million and $3.6 million. Factors influencing the final budget include actual daily volumes, fuel price fluctuations, overtime, and any cash‑discount terms negotiated.
