SUB-BIDDERS FOR MAYNARD PUMP STATION AND DENNY BROOK PUMP STATION UPGRADES

The Town of Westborough is seeking sub-bidders for the Maynard Pump Station and Denny Brook Pump Station Upgrades project. The project includes pump and channel grinder replacement, wet well access modifications and improvements, generator replacement, window replacement, installation of new bathroom(s), and associated electrical and instrumentation rehabilitation. Sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for their respective class of work. The project is expected to be substantially complete within 500 days from the commencement of contract time and completed and ready for final payment 550 days from the commencement of contract time. • The project requires sub-bidders for plumbing, heating, ventilating and air-conditioning, electrical work, and masonry work. • Sub-bidders must submit their bids by October 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. local time. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. local time. • The town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the town.
