The selected vendor will be responsible for proposing alternative locations and design concepts, conducting an engineering review, and constructing the bandstand. • The bandstand should be approximately 14’ 3’’ deep and 25’ wide with a minimum 10’ height clearance and a pitched roof.
• The vendor must propose at least one alternative location on the Boardwalk where construction of a bandstand is feasible.
• The vendor must provide at least one alternate design concept, including sketches or conceptual renderings, and discuss functionality, aesthetics, and potential view obstructions.
• The vendor must conduct a full engineering review of the Boardwalk at the selected location to determine whether the existing structure can support the bandstand.
