Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a single utility trailer that meets detailed specifications (Caliber WG716 or equivalent) for use at Gulf State Park. Vendors must be located within 50 mi of the park to pick up the trailer; otherwise, delivery to the park’s address must be included in the quoted price. The trailer must be available for pickup or delivery within 30 days after the purchase order is issued. Alternate bids must include make/model, product literature, and a photograph. Third‑party vendors are prohibited.
• Required trailer: Minimum 16 ft × 7 ft, 7,000 lb GVWR, 3,500 lb GAWR, 2‑ft mesh sides, Caliber WG716 or equivalent.
• Delivery/Pickup: Vendor must be ≤ 50 mi from Gulf State Park; otherwise, price must cover delivery to 3180 Maintenance Dr., Gulf Shores, AL 36542.
• Submission: If not the Caliber model, provide make/model, specs sheet, and a picture with the bid. No third‑party subcontractors allowed.
• Timing: Quote must be submitted by 7/15/2026; trailer delivery/pickup required within 30 days of PO issuance.
