The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a succeeding lease for continued occupancy of office and healthcare space at 5860 S. Hospital Dr., Suite 111, Globe, AZ. The lease is for approximately 3,704 square feet of space for a period of May 1, 2027 – April 30, 2037. The VA has determined that the incumbent lessor, COBRE VALLEY REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, is the only responsible source able to meet VA’s needs for continuity of operations in the building at this time.
