WRF Level Sensors and Controllers

The City of Bradenton intends to award a sole source procurement to The Avanti Company for WRF Level Sensors and Controllers. The City may elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation if respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services. The proposed contract action is for product or services for which the City intends to negotiate and award with only one source under the authority of and in accordance with Florida State Statute 287.057 (3)(c). Interested firms or individuals may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting in writing their name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email, and a statement regarding capability to provide the specified procurement per the attached specifications. • The sole source procurement is for WRF Level Sensors and Controllers. • The City intends to negotiate and award the contract with The Avanti Company. • Interested firms or individuals may respond to the notice by submitting their interest and capability to provide the specified procurement. • The City may elect to cancel the sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation if respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services.
