Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of HCL Domino Complete Collaboration software. The contract is for a one-year term, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide software maintenance and support services. The bid package must include all required documents, including specifications and bidder qualifications.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for the products and services offered.
• The bidder must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer or authorized distributor with their bid response.
• The bid package must be submitted online through the County's Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal.
• The bid must include all required documentation, including specifications and bidder qualifications.
• The County reserves the right to select the bidder that it determines to be the most responsive and responsible.
