Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide Samsung digital radiographic equipment service and maintenance for all existing equipment at the Augusta VA facility. The contract will be awarded on a sole‑source basis unless a qualified vendor submits credentials (including an authorized letter from Samsung) by the response deadline. The award will be a base‑year contract (Jan 16 2027 – Jan 15 2028) with four additional one‑year options, potentially extending through Jan 15 2032. The contractor must be authorized by Samsung to perform service and maintenance on the equipment.
