Concrete Box Beams, Bridge Rail and Components

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of Concrete Box Beams, Bridge Rail, and Components for the Sand Fork of Fink Girder Replacement project. The contract items include various types of box beams, elastomeric laminated bearing pads, swedged anchor bolts, sponge rubber preformed joint fillers, and post-tension bearing plates. The successful vendor will be required to deliver the contract items within 60 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed. The contract items must meet the applicable requirements of the West Virginia Dept. of Transportation, Division of Highways Standard Specification Roads and Bridges, Adopted 2023. Key features of the contract items include: • 832-1/2 square feet of 21-Inch Interior Box Beam • 333 square feet of 21-Inch Exterior Box Beam • Elastomeric laminated bearing pads • Swedged anchor bolts • Sponge rubber preformed joint fillers • Post-tension bearing plates • Thrie Beam Bridge Rail The vendor shall accept payment in accordance with the payment procedures of the State of West Virginia.
