Description
IDEA Public Schools is seeking a qualified Educator Preparation Program (EPP) vendor to provide comprehensive services, data transparency, and program delivery aligned with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements and district priorities. The selected vendor will provide certification pathways, embedded Reading Academies, and support for IDEA's innovative Co-Op, Residency, Clinical Teaching, and Intern models. The vendor will also provide transparent reporting, accessible dashboards, and responsive customer service to ensure candidate progress and minimize the administrative burden on IDEA staff.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing flexible, scalable certification pathways aligned to IDEA's growth strategy
• Delivering embedded Reading Academies to strengthen teacher effectiveness at no additional cost
• Supporting IDEA's innovative Co-Op, Residency, Clinical Teaching, and Intern models
• Providing transparent reporting, accessible dashboards, and responsive customer service
• Ensuring full compliance with Texas Education Code and Administrative Code, meeting state expectations for certification and district accountability
