Description
The White River Junction VA Medical Center is seeking a qualified vendor to provide air handler repair services. The work includes replacing steam coils and outdoor air dampers in air handlers. The contractor will be responsible for all damages to persons or property that occur as a result of their fault or negligence. The contractor must also comply with all applicable regulations, standards, and best practices related to lifting operations and traffic control.
Key requirements include:
* Replacing steam coils and outdoor air dampers in air handlers
* Performing proper lock out/tag out procedures
* Ensuring zero air leakage from cabinets
* Ensuring new coils are installed to manufacturer's specifications
* Providing necessary submittals and plans for approval prior to commencing work
* Maintaining open and regular communication with the Contracting Officer and the facility's COR regarding the status of component procurement and any potential impacts on the project schedule
