Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to design and build a Primary Care Clinic in the Saginaw area. The clinic will have approximately 25,000 net usable square feet and will provide various medical services, including primary care, women's health, procedure rooms, and laboratory services. The contractor will be responsible for designing and building the clinic, including installing telecommunications and electrical systems, and providing janitorial services. The period of performance for the work is estimated at 360 calendar days. The contractor will also be required to follow all applicable building codes and regulations.
