2026-016-ITB North Transfer Station Canopy & Floor Design Build

The DeKalb County Government is soliciting sealed bids for the North Transfer Station Canopy & Floor Design Build project. The project involves designing and building a canopy over the existing loading dock at the North Transfer Station, as well as repairing the existing concrete floor. The goal of the project is to minimize rainwater on the dock and improve the efficiency of loading transfer trailers. • The project is located at 4600 Buford Highway, Chamblee, GA 30341. • The estimated area to be repaired is 20 percent of the floor area. • A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Feb 24, 2026 @ 11:00 AM at the North Transfer Station. • Bids are due by Mar 19, 2026 @ 3:00 PM ET.
