RFP for ADA Consultant for Court DCAS Buildings

The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is seeking an architectural firm to provide architectural surveys and design services to bring DCAS-managed court buildings into compliance with accessibility laws. The selected firm will provide services on an as-needed basis, including during construction. The scope of work includes comprehensive architectural and related engineering design services. Key considerations for this opportunity include: • Compliance with applicable laws concerning accessibility for people with disabilities • Experience with architectural surveys and design services • Ability to provide services on an as-needed basis • Familiarity with the Competitive Sealed Proposal Method and the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules • Ability to participate in a virtual pre-bid conference
