Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking a vendor to provide design and fabrication services in support of Carrier Strike Group Four. The services required include engineering and technical services to survey the existing engine automation and monitoring system, and to design a new EOS (Upgrade) to upgrade the existing Automation and Monitoring System. The design must conform to ABS Steel Vessel Rules. The contractor must provide documentation to support the proposed price, including copies of previously paid invoices, sales history, and price lists.
• The contractor must provide an authorized reseller certificate and documentation to support the certification of the licenses needed.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price quote that includes all elements of price.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security prohibitions and exclusions.
• The contractor must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award.
