The Miami‑Dade County Library Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide system‑wide glazing and window sealing services on a 24/7 emergency‑priority basis. Work includes installation, repair, and full replacement of interior and exterior glass, windows, doors, mirrors, Plexiglass, curtain walls, and related glazing components; application of approved films; removal and replacement of sealants, backer‑rods, and caulking; and all associated permitting, safety, and cleanup responsibilities. The contractor must respond to emergency calls within two hours, provide temporary repairs, and supply a one‑year unlimited warranty on workmanship plus manufacturer warranties on materials. The contract is capped at $120,000 and may run up to two years.
