Purchase of Frames and Grates - HWY

The County of Ontario is seeking bids for the purchase of frames and grates for highway use. The bid specifications can be found in the supporting documents. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor informalities. The bid documents consist of the notice to bidders, instructions to bidders, general information, and bid specifications. The bid schedule must be filled out completely, and any deviations or substitutions must be approved by the County prior to bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a legally binding agreement with the County. • The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number and date and time of bid opening on the outside. • The bid must include all required documents, including the bid form, acknowledgement, non-collusion affidavit, and insurance certificates. • The bid must be received by the County prior to the deadline. • The County reserves the right to extend the term of the agreement for up to two 12-month periods. • The County reserves the right to purchase goods and services from other sources. • The successful bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
