Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking a contractor to provide aquatic herbicide products for the Flathead Indian Irrigation Project. The contractor will be required to deliver the products within 60 days of award. The products must meet the requirements specified in the solicitation, including being a brand name product. The contractor must also provide a signed and completed Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed-price quote for the products.
• The contractor must deliver the products to the BIA-Flathead Indian Irrigation Project in Saint Ignatius, MT.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of completion and a release of claims against the government upon completion of the contract.
