Description
The Gordon County School System is seeking proposals for the removal and installation of ceiling tiles and grids at Red Bud Elementary. The project includes removing the existing ceiling system, installing a new 2x2 ceiling grid system, and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and safety regulations. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals, as well as removing all waste associated with the project.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on January 14, 2026.
• Vendors must submit their proposals by February 4, 2026.
• The evaluation of proposals will be based on the demonstrated qualifications and capabilities of the proposers, as well as the overall cost of the proposal.
• A local proposer will be given 10 additional points if all other factors are equal and their pricing is within five percent of the lowest proposal.
