Description
The National Institutes of Health intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for preventive maintenance services for a BD Bioscience FACSLyric Flow Cytometer with Universal Loader. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive maintenance for the equipment. The services shall be performed on-site in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer's most current standard commercial maintenance practices.
• The equipment to be maintained includes one BD FACSLyric (3 laser) and one BD Universal Loader.
• Maintenance services shall be performed during standard business hours and extended hours.
• Software updates and services may be provided remotely.
• The contract has a base year and two option years, with annual payment quarterly.
• The notice is not a request for competitive quotes, but small businesses may submit a written capability statement to demonstrate their ability to perform the requirement.
