Description
The project involves the demolition of the existing chlorine contact basin and connected appurtenances and the construction of a new splitter structure and pipes connecting to the existing secondary clarifiers at the Carolina Shores Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project requires a Single Prime contract and has a completion deadline of 180 consecutive days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The project also has liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for each calendar day beyond the completion date.
