Improvements to Landry’s Hole and Cypress Ln. Pump Stations Jefferson

The project involves improvements to Landry’s Hole and Cypress Ln. Pump Stations in Grand Isle, specifically adding pumping capacity to two existing drainage pump stations. The proposed project consists of renovating the existing pump stations by adding new concrete sump, tie-back wall, trash screens, treated timber piles and treated timber platforms, new vertical line shaft pumps and associated driving equipment. * The project is exempt from state sales and use tax according to La. R.S. 47:301(8)(c)(i). * The successful bidder shall be granted the tax-exempt status of Jefferson Parish via Form R-1020. * A complete set of drawings and specifications may be secured from GIS Engineering, LLC for $100.00 per set. * The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond and a performance bond guaranteeing faithful performance of the contract.
