Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for cellular towers. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining four Wilson cellular repeaters, optimizing the system, and providing troubleshooting and repair services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option for renewal. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming that they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted.
Some key requirements of the contract include:
• Providing preventative maintenance services for cellular towers
• Maintaining four Wilson cellular repeaters
• Optimizing the system and providing troubleshooting and repair services
• Providing a means for the Government to place trouble calls with a representative via email or phone number
• Responding to emergency service requests within four hours
• Coordinating with the Technical Point of Contact to accomplish all work under this contract
• Protecting Government property from damage or disfigurement
• Keeping all supplies, equipment, and tools out of traffic lanes or other areas where they might create a hazard
