Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the Parnall Correctional Facility, Building 81 Interior Climbing Structure. The project includes multiple phases, including Schematic Design, Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Construction Administration. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement.
• The project requires the contractor to have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The contractor must provide a Technical Proposal and a Cost Proposal, which will be evaluated based on their technical qualifications and cost.
• The contract will be awarded to the contractor that has been recommended by the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee after their evaluation of the combined Part I - Technical and Part II - Cost Proposals.
