Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific is seeking architect-engineer services for architectural projects at various locations. The selected firm will provide design and engineering services for new base development facility projects, including administration, industrial, education, retail, and community support facilities. The contract will be for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods, with a total fee not exceeding $249,000,000. The firm will be evaluated based on specialized experience, key personnel professional qualifications, past performance, quality control, program management, sustainable design, firm location, and commitment to small business.
• The contract requires the design and engineering services for new base development facility projects, including specified design and engineering services.
• The firm will be evaluated on their ability to plan for and manage work under the contract and their capacity to accomplish multiple large projects concurrently within the required timeframe.
• The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $10,000 and a total fee not exceeding $249,000,000.
• The firm must submit a completed SF330 package, including proof of registration and eligibility to practice architecture or engineering.
• The contract will be awarded based on the most highly qualified firm, with consideration given to small business participation and commitment to subcontracting to small businesses.
