The City of Salina is seeking a single new Fairway Mower to replace an aging Toro Reelmaster. Bidders must provide a new 2026 (or later) model that meets detailed performance, safety, and accessory requirements, deliver FOB to the municipal golf course, and may submit a credit offer for the city’s trade‑in equipment. The solicitation is a sealed‑bid competitive process; the award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. No bid security is required, and the city is tax‑exempt, so sales tax must be omitted from the price.
• Must supply a 2026 Fairway Mower with 24 HP diesel engine, 22‑in. reel, ≥7 mph forward speed, power steering, and full safety package (ROPS, seat belt, etc.).
• Delivery FOB to 2500 E. Crawford St., Salina (municipal golf course); all transportation costs are the bidder’s responsibility.
• Optional trade‑in of a 2012 Toro Reelmaster 5510 (3656 hrs) – credit amount to be negotiated separately, not deducted from the bid price.
• Bids due April 9 2026 10:00 a.m. CST, with questions due by March 31 2026; award will be made after bid opening, with contract execution within 10 days of award.
