Fuel Transfer Hoses

The hoses are required for bulk fuel transfer operations between barges and piers, as well as for mobile fuel delivery trucks. The justification for sole source procurement is based on the unique requirements of the hoses and the limited availability of manufacturers that can meet these requirements.
