Cate 3 & Cate Laundry Demo

The University of Oklahoma is seeking a supplier to demolish existing laundry facilities, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements. The project includes pre-demolition preparation, demolition activities, site cleanup and disposal, and project completion. The supplier must provide a detailed project plan, conduct regular progress meetings, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. • Pre-demolition preparation: obtaining necessary permits and approvals, disconnecting utilities, and implementing safety and environmental controls. • Demolition activities: removing laundry-related equipment, demolishing structural elements, and disposing of electrical and plumbing systems. • Site cleanup and disposal: conducting thorough site cleaning, transporting and disposing of waste materials, and restoring the site to a safe and stable condition. • Project completion: successful removal of all specified elements, compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and final site inspection and approval. • Project management and coordination: designating a project manager, conducting regular progress meetings, and providing a detailed project plan. • Health and safety: assessing workplace hazards, providing personal protective equipment, and ensuring worker safety in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
