$4,000,000 – $6,000,000

Based on the Architect’s Estimate of $5,000,000, it is likely that the budget for this project will be in the range of $4,000,000 to $6,000,000. This estimate takes into account the scope of work, which includes the installation of canopy roofs, spill containment upgrades, and electrical upgrades, as well as the repairs to the existing concrete retaining wall and interior structural retrofits to the existing transfer station building.
