Correction: Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) Dialysis Services for NYC Health + Hospitals/Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital (HJC)

New York City Health + Hospitals is seeking a qualified vendor to provide inpatient acute dialysis services at NYC Health + Hospitals/Henry J. Carter Specialty Hospital, a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital. The selected vendor will provide dialysis services to at least 18 patients three times per week, with the flexibility to schedule additional make-up sessions when required. The vendor will be expected to manage patients' dialysis needs, ensure high-quality care, and support timely discharge planning. • The vendor must have at least 5 years of experience providing acute inpatient dialysis services in hospitals of similar size and complexity. • The vendor must have a minimum of 3 years providing dialysis to critically ill patients in settings such as the ICU, emergency department, and post-surgical recovery areas. • The vendor must have an active Dialysis Facility Certification to operate a dialysis center in New York State. • The vendor must be certified to provide dialysis services in New York State and have accreditation from The Joint Commission or equivalent accreditation bodies.
