Architectural Design Services-Canton Intermediate School Roof Repair or Replace

The Town of Canton is seeking a qualified consulting architectural firm to provide preliminary evaluation, complete design, architectural/engineering services, permitting, bidding, and construction administration services for the replacement of portions of the roofs at Canton Intermediate School. The firm must have completed a minimum of five CT public school roof replacement projects and demonstrate a proven track record of successfully working with the State of CT Office of School Construction Grants & Review. The scope of work includes: • Providing preliminary evaluation and complete design services • Obtaining necessary permits • Bidding and construction administration services • Replacement of portions of the roofs at Canton Intermediate School The Town will host a pre-bid mandatory walk-through of the proposed project location at Canton Intermediate School on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, 3:00 pm. Response to this RFP must be received by Tuesday, December 23, 2025, 2:00 PM.
