Notice of Intent to Establish a Contract Through Sole Source Procurement with WM of Oregon

The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) intends to establish a contract with Waste Management of Oregon for the disposal of petroleum contaminated soils (PCS) and septic sludge through a Sole Source Procurement. The contract value is estimated to be $50,000.00 for a six (6) month term.
