SWR - Stimson Crossing Switching Station Site Improvements

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a contractor to perform site improvements at the Stimson Crossing Switching Station. The work includes partial removal of isolated grounding grid, temporary erosion and sedimentation controls, earthwork, cast-in-place concrete, electrical conduits, switching station grounding system improvements, and site disturbance restoration. The contractor must be currently on the District's Small Works Roster category "Substation General Site Construction" prior to bidding. The project requires compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and supervision to construct the site improvements. • The contractor must submit a complete list of quantities to the District's Project Leader for authorization before the District will release any equipment or material. • The contractor will be required to coordinate with other contractors and District personnel performing work within or next to the project site. • The contractor must comply with all of the provisions and conditions set forth in all of the permits. • The contractor will be responsible for determining the locations of all existing utilities within the limits of the work and calling the Utilities Underground Location Center at least 48 hours prior to any excavation.
