Description
The City of San Antonio’s Public Works Department is seeking a qualified vendor to supply asphalt oil and emulsion material for routine maintenance and repair of the city’s highways, streets, and bridges. All material will be picked up by City vehicles, so the vendor is responsible only for providing the product in accordance with the specifications attached to the solicitation. This is a one‑year, annual contract that may be rebid each year.
