Gwinnett County is seeking a firm to provide a comprehensive suite of materials‑testing, field‑testing, laboratory analysis, drilling, and related miscellaneous services on an annual contract basis. The contract will be firm‑price, awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and includes four optional one‑year renewal periods. Bidders must be full‑service firms capable of pricing at least 80 % of the first four sections of the bid schedule and must meet extensive qualification, insurance, and certification requirements (e.g., AASHTO, Georgia DOT, NICET, Erosion Control Certification). The scope encompasses roadway testing, non‑destructive evaluation, soil and concrete laboratory testing, drilling and coring, quality‑control inspection, traffic control, and utility location services.
