Description
Missoula County is seeking a consulting firm to provide a full suite of public participation and engagement services for updating its comprehensive plan for unincorporated areas. The work includes developing a communications strategy, finalizing a public participation plan, facilitating in‑person meetings and workshops, designing and executing surveys, producing graphics and cartographic deliverables, and delivering a comprehensive outreach report. The County staff will manage overall project administration and the digital engagement platform, while the consultant will supplement with outreach, strategy, and deliverables.
• Scope covers strategy development, public meetings, mapping workshops, small‑group outreach, survey design (statistical validity optional), graphics/cartography, and final documentation.
• Services are “as‑needed” and may be delivered in phases; optional follow‑on work includes support for land‑use regulations and economic development district plan updates.
• Submission must be an electronic SOQ limited to 10 pages (technical portion) with required cover sheets, and may include interviews in early July.
