The City of Atlanta is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive, scalable, and secure solution for managing solid waste billing, customer service, and operational efficiency. The selected vendor will provide a fully customized, cloud-based platform that integrates with existing systems, supports parcel-level billing, and enhances service delivery through automation, analytics, and user-friendly interfaces. Key features of the system include:
• A customer portal enabling DeKalb and Fulton County residents to view and pay itemized bills
• Integration with the City's Oracle ERP for billing, monthly reporting, and reconciliation
• A revenue dashboard that tracks multi-year billing and collection trends
• Ongoing project management oversight, data analytics, and advisory services to support billing operations and performance monitoring
• A system and process to address customer concerns across the City of Atlanta, Fulton County, and DeKalb County databases
Some of the key requirements for the proposed solution include:
• Providing a cloud-based billing and customer service software solution accessible via modern web browsers and mobile devices
• Supporting real-time system configuration changes without system downtime
• Providing integrated tracking and analysis of all billing components and customer concerns
• Ensuring resolution of inquiries and billing disputes within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
