Janitorial Services USAGM Philippines Transmitting Station

The United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the USAGM Philippines Transmitting Station in Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines. The contractor will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning tasks in various areas of the station, including offices, restrooms, and transmitter areas. The contractor will also be required to provide temporary additional services as needed. The contract will have a base period of 12 months and four option periods of 12 months each. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the janitorial services. • The contractor will be required to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the station. • The contractor will be required to follow all safety protocols and procedures when performing cleaning tasks. • The contractor will be required to provide a transition plan and a work plan for the performance of the janitorial services. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical proposal, past performance, and price.
