The opportunity is for the purchase of a new aviation refueling truck for Delta State University's Flight Operations. The truck must meet specific requirements, including a minimum 1000 gallon tank capacity, electric retractable hose reel, 12V DC 25GPM rated continuous duty fuel transfer pump, and explosion-proof electrical components. • The refueling truck must be built in accordance with current industry standards and be "road legal".
• The truck tank will exclusively carry 100LL fuel.
• The bidder must provide satisfactory evidence of the manufacturer's ability to construct, supply service parts, and provide technical assistance.
• The equipment proposed in response to this invitation shall be new.
• The buyer reserves the right to reject any or all bids with or without cause.
