Procurement Exemption for InnovatePro

Pierce County is seeking a vendor to provide critical SCADA software maintenance and support services for the Chambers Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contract will have an initial term of 12 months with an estimated cost of $200,000.00, and the County may extend the contract for a maximum term not to exceed 5 years. The vendor must own or be authorized to administer these services to the County through InnovatePro Management USA LLC. The County has performed market research and consulted with peers to identify qualified vendors and determine the minimum requirements to meet the County's need. • The vendor must provide critical SCADA software maintenance and support services. • The vendor must own or be authorized to administer these services to the County through InnovatePro Management USA LLC. • The vendor must demonstrate how they meet the requirements listed in the public notice and how they are capable of meeting the County's need.
