Reactivation of 2 Active Carbon Filter Systems, Ramstein Air Base

The contractor shall remove, reactivate, and replace 50 cubic meters of active carbon filter material out of 2 active carbon filter systems at Ramstein Air Base. The existing filter material is US Government property. The contractor must provide a quote that includes the price, delivery date, and any discount terms. The quote must be valid until 4/30/2026.
