Description
Mississippi State University’s Office of Procurement Services is seeking vendors to supply and install high‑performance computing infrastructure, including networking racks, power distribution, InfiniBand and Ethernet switches, and 12 service nodes (1U servers) with dual 32‑core CPUs, 768 GB RAM, and NVMe storage. All equipment must be new, rack‑mounted, have redundant power, a minimum five‑year warranty with next‑business‑day service, and run Rocky 9.x Linux. Vendors must provide full shipping, installation, configuration, and perpetual software licensing, and demonstrate experience with large‑scale HPC deployments.
• Provide network racks, PDUs, and both Ethernet (25 GbE/100 GbE) and InfiniBand (400 GbE) switches with required optics and cables.
• Deliver 12 fully configured service nodes meeting the detailed CPU, memory, storage, and networking specifications.
• Include 5‑year warranty, 8 × 5 NBD service, and all firmware/software updates at no additional cost.
• Submit sealed or electronic bids by 2:00 pm CST on 1 April 2026; pricing must remain valid for 90 days.
