Description
The Turner County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals for janitorial services for five county buildings. The successful contractor will be required to provide cleaning services, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting, among other tasks. The contract will commence on December 1, 2025, and terminate on November 30, 2026. The contractor must comply with E-Verify regulations and have general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00.
• The contract includes cleaning services for the Courthouse, Courthouse Annex, Victoria Evans Memorial Library, Turner County Elections Building, and Turner County Agricultural Center.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies.
• The contractor must have valid workers' compensation insurance according to the State of Georgia.
• The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
