CC 1698 - Well 4 Facilities Upgrades

The City of Huntington Beach is seeking a responsible contractor to fully upgrade its municipal Well 4 facility at the Peck Reservoir site. The scope includes demolition of the existing pump building, installation of a new 75‑hp pump, new well‑head and tubing, construction of a new concrete‑foundation building, installation of steel‑fusion‑bonded epoxy‑lined discharge pipe, pressure‑sustaining valve, liquid‑solids separator, instrumentation, 480 VAC electrical distribution, VFDs, and PLC programming.
