Description
The Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified general contractor to fully renovate the Standing Rock Senior Center in Standing Rock, NM. The scope includes demolition of the existing flat roof, structural upgrades, installation of a new pitched metal roof, new rooftop HVAC units, a suspended ceiling system, full interior lighting replacement, and associated electrical, fire‑alarm, and finishing work. The contract is a construction‑service award with mandatory bid security, performance and payment bonds, and compliance with Navajo‑Nation preference and prevailing‑wage regulations.
• Replace flat roof with pitched metal roofing, including structural framing and drainage.
• Install new rooftop HVAC units, ductwork, and associated controls.
• Provide optional suspended ceiling, wall repairs, lighting, and fire‑alarm upgrades (alternates).
• Complete demolition, site cleanup, warranties, and final walkthrough within 365 calendar days after award.
