Description
The State Water Resources Control Board is seeking to lease approximately 5,642 square feet of office space in San Bernardino. The leased space must be asbestos hazard-free, comply with ADA and applicable codes, and be close to public transportation. The State of California will give preference to buildings that demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance.
