Description
The Department of Defense is seeking a contractor to provide Water Quality Analysis Sets. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a 5-year period of performance. The contractor will be required to provide a minimum of 4 sets and a maximum of 98 sets over the 5-year period. The sets will be used for water quality analysis and will be packaged in accordance with military specifications. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting and testing the sets to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror.
• The contractor will be required to provide a certified cost or pricing data certificate.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards.
• The contractor will be required to provide a subcontracting plan, if applicable.
