West Main Street Water Transmission Line Replacement - Request for Engineering Services

The City of Riverton is soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from engineering consultants to complete planning, design, specification, and bidding assistance for the West Main Street Water Transmission Line Replacement Project. The project includes replacing approximately 7760 feet of 14-inch steel water line with 18-inch diameter line, installing a flow control valve, and replacing road sections. The selected consultant will be required to work with the City of Riverton, Wyoming Water Development, and other entities to ensure compliance with federal funding requirements. The contract is anticipated to be terminated after bidding services are complete and a recommendation of award has been submitted. Key services include: • Planning and design • Specification and bidding assistance • Compliance with City of Riverton design standards, Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, and other applicable laws and regulations • Coordination with WYDOT and other entities • Bidding and bid document preparation The City of Riverton will conduct an open engineering selection process based solely on qualifications. The selection process will include evaluation of submittals, interviews, and negotiation of a contract with the selected firm.
