Shuttle Services BPA

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking a contractor to provide shuttle services between the Carderock Division Headquarters and surrounding areas. The contractor will be responsible for providing a vehicle, fuel, driver, maintenance, and other necessary supplies to provide regularly scheduled shuttle bus services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a maximum value of $5,000,000. The contractor must meet certain requirements, including providing a vehicle that can accommodate at least 15 passengers, ensuring that drivers are properly licensed and trained, and maintaining liability insurance. • The contractor will be required to provide shuttle services for a 5-year period. • The contractor must provide a vehicle that meets all Navy, local, state, and national safety and inspection requirements. • The contractor must ensure that all drivers are properly licensed and trained. • The contractor must maintain liability insurance throughout the period of performance. • The contractor must provide a dedicated telephone line for communication with the government technical point of contact. • The contractor must submit copies of the shuttle log to the government technical point of contact on a monthly basis.
