PLCB SHOPPING CARTS

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a contractor to provide 360 shopping carts annually. The carts will be used in over 575 Fine Wine & Good Spirits Stores. The contractor must provide carts that meet PLCB specifications, which include a two-tiered design, E-Coat + Powder Coat finish, and a handle with PLCB artwork. The contractor must also provide a brochure, drawings, specifications, and warranties with their bid. • The contract term is one year from the effective date, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. • The contractor must meet the delivery schedule of no later than six weeks from the receipt of a purchase order. • Shipping costs will be requested, reviewed, and approved per order prior to the purchase order being created. • The contractor must assign all manufacturers' equipment warranties to the PLCB for the full terms available at no additional cost.
